Congratulations to the year 9 students who successfully completed this term’s Babysitting Course!  The course was run by the New JIGSAW Partnership with the aim of teaching students the basics of safe babysitting practices.  The course ran for 9 weeks as an after school activity from 3.30pm – 5pm on Tuesdays.  During this time the students covered topics such as baby care including dressing and nappy changing, child protection, fire safety and much more.  A fun and educational time was had by all.  The next course will run in January, and a further course is due to run in the summer term.
